GPRS Solution with WEBPAGE
  • Device is connected to M1000 JAVA/ PRO Modem through RS232/485.
  • Modem is client and PC is Server (Master)
  • SCADA / Web based Software collects the data through TCP Clients connection.
  • Software will recognize the destination Modbus register address from the polling, and forward it to the correspond Database.
  • M1000 Pro V2/JAVA receive the polling and transfer it to the meter via RS232\485.
  • Meter will respond to the polling command to M1000 Pro V2/JAVA.
  • NTLIVE Software / Scada receives the data and shown real time & Historical data.
AMR solution with RobustLink
  • SCADA will maintain 50 TCP connection via LAN, for example:
  • 192.168.0.2:10001 192.168.0.3:10001
  • Each M1000 Pro V2 will register to RobustLink via internet
  • SCADA send modbus polling to RobustLink via the TCP connection
  • RobustLink will recognize the destination modbus register address from the polling, and forward it to the correspond M1000 Pro V2
  • M1000 Pro V2 receive the polling and transfer it to the meter via RS485
  • Meter send the respond data to M1000 Pro V2
  • M1000 Pro V2 transmit the respond data to RobustLink
  • RobustLink foeward the respond data to SCADA via TCP connection

In the solution, M1000 Pro V2 can work under any kind of IP address
